5-Axis
5-Axis
router capability allows the
machining of exact three-dimensional
elements from a computer model. The
model can be generated from a
digital 3-D scan of a Marquette or a
surfaced 3-D CAD drawing and can be
scaled to any size and divided into
parts for the purposes of
reproduction. This technology is
useful in prototyping, mold, and
tool making and for repetitive
detail sculpting.

Treadform GFRC
Treadform GFRC is one of the most
innovative construction materials in
use today. It is a cement-based
composite, reinforced with glass
fiber. Its characteristics are
similar to concrete, but it is 80%
lighter. Treadform GFRC is finished
in a variety of colors and textures,
therefore eliminating the cost of
paint and greatly reducing the cost
of maintenance.

Treadform GRFG
Treadform GRFG is a gypsum based
composite reinforced with glass
fiber. Parts manufactured from
Treadform GFRG are non-combustible
and are used almost exclusively for
interior application. Parts are
designed to order with the
appropriate fixing systems and
molded utilizing advanced CNC
technology to guarantee accuracy to
specification. A number of standard
molds are also available where
extraordinarily fast turnaround is a
requirement.

Treadform FRP
Treadform FRP is ideally suited to
decorative, highly detailed
applications. This fiber reinforced
plastic composite allows architects
and designers to fabricate parts
that would be impossible using
traditional materials. The product
will not rust, rot, or erode and has
weather and UV resistant gel-coats
for protection from deterioration.
Products manufactured from Treadform
FRP are low maintenance making it
the product of choice for
applications that are inaccessible.
