With all the new, fantastical attractions coming to Orlando, it’s hard to know what to be excited about first! Here are the Top 7 Most Anticipated Orlando Attractions, from a Floridian’s perspective:

7. “Justice League: Call for Heroes” at Madame Tussaud’s Orlando

Entering the streets of Gotham City and Metropolis, guests will be transported into the world of superheroes and villains. How awesome will it be to interact with the most iconic heroes of all time? Join Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman to defeat Lex Luthor in Madame Tussaud’s Justice League: Call for Heroes exhibit!

6. Legoland’s “Lego Movie World”

In my hometown of Winter Haven, Florida, Lego Movie World is set to open in Spring 2019 at Legoland. Children will feel as though they stepped into the animated world where the Lego movies were filmed. Three new rides, a giant playscape, and new character meet & greets will populate the area.

5. Epcot’s Space-Themed Restaurant

“Space – The Final Frontier.” Not much is known about this new restaurant, except that it will be in Epcot between “Mission: Space” and “Test Track.” It’s fun to speculate as to what will have guests gravitating towards this spacey grub hub. It is rumored that guests will dine among the stars, but will they be consuming freeze-dried astronaut food, as well? The only way to find out is to visit when it opens in 2021.

4. Epcot’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”

Join Peter Quill, Rocket Racoon, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora and Groot for the ride of a lifetime on Epcot’s future enclosed roller coaster – one of the longest in the world! Also opening in 2021, “Guardians of the Galaxy” will be out of this world!

3. Hollywood Studios “Toy Story Land”

“Quick, hide! Andy’s coming!” This Summer, Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando is set for a grand opening! Childhood favorite characters such as Woody, Buzz, Jessi, and Bullseye will pepper the park. Jump on the “Slinky Dog Dash” and experience what it’s like to be a toy. Escape “The Claw” in “Alien Swirling Saucers!”

2. “Jurassic World” Rumors

With the revival of the “Jurassic Park” franchise through “Jurassic World” films, Universal Hollywood has announced a revamp of the current “Jurassic Park” ride. But will change come to Orlando’s Islands of Adventure? It’s rumored that updates to the current river ride will ensue, but a whole new park could also be in the works – featuring “Jurassic World,” “Nintendo Land,” “DreamWorks Land,” and “Lord of the Rings”. Of course, this is all hearsay, but how incredible would that be?

1. “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge” at Hollywood Studios

Disney is killing it in the theme park game with all their new and exciting attractions. It’s hard to beat the worldwide anticipation for “Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.” A beloved classic, “Star Wars” has one of the largest fanbases in the world, so no doubt this will be a crowded debut. In the new attraction, guests will be able to soar through space on the “Millennium Falcon” or join the dark side on a “Star Destroyer.” “The Cantina” will serve infamous blue milk, and a mysterious marketplace will be home to rogues and traders, alike.
